Operations Coordinator | Premium Chocolate & Food Brand | DubaiAbout the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our chocolate and food distribution business. This role ensures smooth coordination between sales, logistics, procurement, production, and warehousing, playing a key part in maintaining operational efficiency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Coordination:- Oversee and coordinate daily operations between sales, warehouse, logistics, and production teams.
- Track order processing, delivery timelines, and inventory levels to ensure smooth flow of goods.
- Manage and update order tracking systems and reports to reflect accurate stock movements.
- Support the planning and execution of distribution schedules to retail, wholesale, and export partners.
- Ensure all operational documentation (invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders) is complete and accurate.
Logistics & Supply Chain Support:- Coordinate with logistics partners and freight companies for deliveries, customs clearance, and shipping schedules.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
- Work closely with procurement to ensure raw material availability and supplier performance.
- Manage warehouse coordination to maintain inventory accuracy and space optimization.
Process Management & Efficiency:- Assist in developing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for daily operations and logistics.
- Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements to increase productivity.
- Support in ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Reporting & Administration:- Maintain accurate data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track operational KPIs (delivery accuracy, order fulfillment time, stock variance).
- Assist management with budget tracking and vendor performance reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination (preferably in FMCG or food distribution).
- Strong understanding of order management, inventory, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Zoho) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- UAE experience in logistics or distribution is preferred.
